Before the sunrise, I witness, as Sirius disappears and the red glow of morning creeps in behind the balsam spires. Magnificent and silent. Grateful in that early morning state of grace, I begin imagining what I might create this day. Acolder November than most, now it is time to gather around me the garments of warmth to venture out with Tipsa. First, I toss the ball a bit, then to feed the birds and cats and to start the studio furnace. Back inside we prepare the breakfast before our morning hike. I ask for a day of health, guidance, and productivity.

i'm back"This is a day that the Lord has made. Rejoice and be glad."
Tthat just about sums up where I have come to in the past five years since my last post. it has been quite a journey and it continues. I again find my joy and peace in the creative process and the studio.. Now, however, it is mainly that and so much less about the marketplace, but more about the quality of my time, my moment my connection to the sacred world we have been given. I invite you to join with me here as I document the days with gratitude. AuthorI love playing in the mud and the trees. Snow covered land and stars sparkling above. I enjoy the plethora of diamonds that sparkle on the water and again on my snow filled hillsides. I can't decide if it's best to narrow my focus or mix it up. I have always struggled with duality. I enjoy skiing or a walk in the woods. I have an Aussie puppy and an aging Jack Russell. I love my Finnish Husband, Reijo, solitude, and God. Archives
